Its located under the air breather. I didn't know for sure it was leaking but a mechanic told me if it was hard to start after you let it sit for a few minutes but if you leave it all night it was easier to start........the cold start valve was leaking and causing the motor to flood. After it sits all night the gas evaporates and thats why it's easier to start in the morning. When I pulled the cold start valve out, gas was dripping out of it. It's not supposed to drip.
