I have a wiring diagram for a 111 and I could sort through it. If your car is a 111.
I think the first official year for the 108 was 1968 but they did start in Europe in 1967.

as far as I know its a W108 sedan and I am mostly sure that's correct
( W 108 model ) do you think its the flasher shorted out ?
and does the W 108 have a Separate Flasher just for the turn signals ?
( the 4 way Hazard Flasher still works ? all 4 lights front and Back ? )
