I guess I'm not as tired as I thought I was. Been hitting it hard on our new mid-century modern (makes it sound better) getting painting and exterior work done before the next 2-week surge of rain begins Thursday. Once I get going (takes a while on a cold morning) I go OK. This house has 60 years of handyman hacks and neglected maintenance. Getting rain gutters installed next week. House never had them and it shows. Plus the PO did an exterior "refreshing" to get it ready to sell and they cut a lot of corners.
