Across the street from the Dallas terminal is a large parking garage with a high dollar gym on on the top. Done the block is the tallest building in Dallas. So it is land that is worth developing.

A federal court house and office building is perhaps two blocks away. It would not surprise me find they have a buyer lined up for the property.
