On these cars lack of lubrication and lack of use contribute to parking brakes seizing. From inside the car find the brake cable and allow THIN oil to run down the cable into the casing, do this each oil change. Generously oil, not grease the outside of the casing on the rest of the cable under the car. Grease the sliding point under the car where the cable adjusts.
Loosen the cable adjustment, adjust each wheels parking brake shoes through the lug bolt holes. Next adjust the cable that was loosened..
I use the E-Brake if i'm parking on an incline or if I'm working under the car.
