A. Remove plastic cover
B. Disconnect fuel hoses at filter
C. Disconnect sensor
D. Remove three fasteners holding filter bracket down
E. Remove allen head securing band of bracket
F. Remove old filter, it will be full of fuel
G. Install new filter in bracket, fill with fresh fuel. Personally I fill em with brand name diesel additive.
Rest is just reinstallation.

Make sure you fill new filter up.
