Good Lord, the whining never stops.

They can find fools who drive 150 mph and split lanes at 100+ and make life inconvenient for them for a while with my blessing.

Dude was using the public roadways and unsuspecting people going about their business to film an exciting drama and make money off of it.

Do not pass Go, do not collect $100, go straight to jail.
