This brings us to the OP; since motorcycle man didn't cause either A or B (above), no common law crime exists. He is only guilty of "thought crime" (see George Orwell's novel, "1984").

Around 75 out of 100 people sitting in prison or jail today, right now, april 30, 2024 have committed no common law crime. NO JUDGE OR COP can point to a man, woman or child who was either injured or killed or suffered property damage. NONE, NADA, ZILCH, FORGET IT, ALL THEY HAVE IS HOT HOT HOT AIR. These poor souls simply made the mistake of stepping on Caesar's private parts. Caesar didn't like it so Caesar threw them in lock-up.
