I smoke a few cigars a week, trying to keep it down to two or three. At my normal smoke shop the other day I saw this lighter for sale - the blowtorch variety - cost about five dollars. It's refillable, a big plus of course.
I've had a few miniature blow torches in the past, they were difficult to use for very long, something always breaking in short order, cost more than this one as well. I have another cheaper variety of torch lighter, the flame is yellow. The flame on this one is blue, must be hotter. I tried soldering some wire together with lead resin core solder, worked nicely:
