Hey guys.. i have recently found a 95 s500 silver with 110kmiles for $25k bought from a auction by a friends friend who cannot pay off the loan he got for it..

he says the car is really nice.. silver. 110k miles... thats all i know..

what should i look for???
is it a good price???

if i do buy it and turns out to be a bad one can i sell it for $25K to a dealer???
