Simon, you should post over in the Diesel forum. Your car has no trap oxidizer (thankfully). Before we start increasing power, let's see how close your power is to factory first. Do some timed 0-60 runs with a stopwatch. Borrow a GPS if possible to verify that your speedometer is accurate as well. You should be getting to 60mph in about 13.5 seconds. If you're slower than that, the car isn't running as Mercedes intended it to. Next jobs are testing boost pressure, etc, to try and fix it.
"dkveuro", sheesh, it sounds like you built one crazy motor there. However with no pyro in the exhaust it's just a matter of time before the engine blows up with 30psi.
Adding an intercooler (like Ridge's) on this engine would have probably made all that power safe, no worries of engine damage. Would have loved to seen this car in person...!
