Oh man...time to sue his monkey ass!

Honestly, if he pulled something like that (take down my fence) I would get very angry...and trust me, you don't want to see me angry (-The Hulk).

I take it the guy is bigger more intimidating than you no? Because of that, he thinks he can bully you and do what he did. I say, go and get a real fence, anchored down into the ground, and if he does it again, take it to court.

Also check w/ your city hall see if it's ok for you to put the fence up, what kind of fence etc..

I think that usually when you put up a fence, you have to agree w/ the neighbor, im not sure.
