The recall campaign, #96-1121, stated that if the Turbocharger is damaged due to caused by the Trap Oxidizer, it will be replaced free of charge.

Your recall is final. The whole system is warrenty for 1 year. If your turbo fails in the future, you have to pay for it unless you can prove that the damage is caused by the T.O. as stated in 96-1121.
