my experience is such that i would suggest parting out the slave cylinder too. your car profile indicates a mere 211k miles on the bugger. worth every additional penny in piece of mind. besides bleeding the clutch hydraulics can be a pain. there are suggestions here on the procedure. including the part of bench bleeding the master cylinder. good luck.
