School are places, most children hate. All schools foster evil, and hate, and will not do anything about it.
Schools start in kindergarten, by placing worth on single students. They should foster, groups mixed by teachers for assignment. This will foster communication,
and helping their brothers, and sister's with work.
2nd. All schools should have uniforms, to stop kids from higher income families, looking down on a persons clothes.
3rd. All children should be filmed, from buses, halls, bathrooms, fields, and any hiding spots.
Female adults watch girls, males adults watch boys. This will eliminate Smart ass parents, that speak loudly and say their kid, or kid's are angles. Show bad behavior to parents with a lawman present.
4th. All schools should make student go thru metal detectors.
All these steps will cut down on bullying number one reason, from school induced mental strain.
