I use https://postimages.org/ for photos on my iPhone. I've gotten to where I can do it pretty quickly. I usually need to crop the photo first to get rid of any of the extra info around it. Then on postimage you can select the photo size. It gives you a list of links, I copy the second one and then click on the photo icon in the vBulletin control panel.

One advantage of that is the photo appears on the page without needing to click on the thumbnail. Also, it doesn't consume any Peach Parts memory aside from the tiny amount for the characters of the link. IIRC There's a limit to how many photos you can post using the P.Parts software. Here's an example of a photo I just happened to see recently and saved, don't ask me why.
