If anybody is still interested, I pulled Throttle Body out again and found I had left the four bolts snug, but not tight.

I have had a hard time keeping the base gasket in place, so I used two bolts about 3" long and threaded them in opposite corners of the throttle body. That way I could raise it with the long bolts and make sure the gasket was in place.

Didn't make any difference. Starts instantly and idles 1200-1500 rpm. If you open the throttle at all it tries to shut off. I you slowly open the throttle and hold it (may 1/4") it goes into a rhythmic almost stall and pick up until you release throttle and then it goes back to high idle.

No CE light. DM button shows #3,
Socket 8 shows #45, #8, #13 then #1 after repeating,
Socket 14 shows 2, 11
