This is the sort of answer I was hoping for .

This Officejet HP has all those details and makes pretty good color images of old wiring diagrams etc. .

It has a FAX built in too .

I'll give those places a look, choose one and order in supplies .

I went to Amazon last night and was gobsmacked at how $pendy the HP cartridges are .

I always buy the biggest ones as they're cheaper in the long run .

I was reading on how to use off brand inks and apparently there's a settings menu, -somewhere- that I can disable something in but I have zero idea how to find the settings so I'll go this route and see what transpires .
