Been thinking...if left this way and then the same filter is installed the other direction any dirt it captured will be backflushed into the fuel rails and injectors. If it is only for a short period maybe a 2-3 weeks??? it should be ok. Longer than that it probably be best to replace the filter instead of reversing it.
