I'm having the same problem on an '02 E55. The dealer has 1) resynchronized it with the shop computer. Lasted 2 days. 2) Replaced the window motor. Same problem occurred next day. What's left?

This problem has been there since the car was new. I just lived with it until the "A" service (13,000 miles!), but now I want it fixed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
