The dealer did replaced my window regulator once. I still have this problem maybe once every 3 months.

I resychronize it by:
1: Open the window completely.
2: Press up (NOT AUTO UP) for 10 seconds after the window close

3: Press down (NOT AUTO DOWN) for 10 seconds after the window open.

That should work.
