Been out of this for awhile , retired , but you need to be able to read the on / off ratio at pin 3 of diagnostic socket . You cannot find those handy testers anymore , but a dvom that can read dwell in % , or just dwell and have a chart that convert angle dwell to % . with the engine warm , in closed loop , you adjust that % signal at 50% at idle or 2000 rpm . The oxygen sensor need to work . You adjust at the mixture screw of the CIS .
