I just got Ziply fiber installed at our new home. From my research 300mbs seems overkill but it is very inexpensive. I did not go for the "free" router since I already have a WiFi 6e router.
They installed it underground to our house with the trenchless machine that inserts the fiber underground and took all the old unused arial telephone and cables down. Everyone I know is switching over to fiber now that it is here.
