I use claude extensively for work. Some through the UI, some straight to anthropic on the backend. I'm somewhere close to a 75% increase in my own productivity.

My team/company has seen about a 5x on outputs to our clients but we've spent over a thousand hours on prompt and context engineering to get there.

Generally its still garbage in, garbage out. And it does hallucinate too...this week I had it generate an artifact for me and it was convinced we were in 2018....
