FWIW I have paid tiers for anthropic, openai, and gemini for my team. We use Anthropic mostly, but they are in an arms race and each model one-ups. Our processes are platform agnostic.

"Platform agnostic." I hadn't heard that phrase. I did one of those newfangled AI Google searches to understand it. Interesting stuff. One of my best clients are a first gen. Indian couple, I say "are" because they are semi separated. Works out well for me, they have two residences. I've gotten some fascinating and lucrative work from them. The man is pretty impressive. I understand he's in demand in the area for his abilities to enable different data systems to communicate with each other. I had read about that, companies would upgrade to improvements in their overall computer set up, but did not want to jettison all of their old stuff. But as is well known, at least in the past, it could be difficult to get the old system to play nice with the new system.
I'm wondering if some of the AI development will render his talents, if not obsolete, less in demand. Could be he's on the cutting edge of this stuff, I don't know.
Here is a question I gave to Claude. OMG, the answer is incredible and the questions posed led to more good answers. They call it your own personal pocket genius, and I'm coming around to that.
"I’ve been experimenting with resistant starch mixes. Mark Hyman got me started in this stuff, it seems to yield good results. I do a mix of plantain flour, potato starch, psyllium husk, turmeric, black pepper, Ceylon cinnamon, and a little bit of cardamom and ground cloves. I’m thinking to experiment with ketogenic diet, I don’t know how many regular carbohydrates are still in the mix I use. What might be some good additions or changes?"
