Actually, funny you mention it...
My family and I are heading to North Carolina on Friday too and we always stop in Kinston (about 4 hours east of Greensboro) at a place called Wilbur's and they have the BEST bbq EVER. I don't know if you'll be around there but if you are definately stop in for a pork sandwich.

And I guess if you see a black tinted 420sel cruising through Greensboro be sure to give me a wave!
