Just a word regarding removal of the wheel and spinning the rotor to check runout; At that point the rotor is only held on by one single small bolt. Trying to measure the runout with a dial gauge with it like that is silly. Torque 5 bolts into the hub flange through the disc and THEN check runout. Even my brand new discs will exhibit some runout with no bolts in, hub flanges cleaned thoroughly and just spun by hand.
