Little town of Genoa with less than 1000. It's a historical town so the county will not allow it to be built up. Our lot was originally sold 20 years ago and never built on. I fell in love with it 30 years ago. 22mi to Lake Tahoe, 10 mi to Wal Mart, Costco, Home Depot, Trader Joes but away from everything. Great mountain views. Everyone I know at work is moving to Nevada when they retire. Hoping to start building later this year. I am contracting it myself if anyone want's to know how that goes.
