Thanks Andy, You're not at all being rude, and I appreciate your response to what appears to be a vague post. It is difficult to find the precise words to describe the operation of the sunroof and why I think it is malfunctional, but here's an example of how it is working.

Let's say the sun roof is fully open. I slide the switch forward (without simultaneously pressing it upward or downward) and the sunroof closes. The instant it reaches the fully closed position, the "Rear Pop-Up Feature" engages. There is not even a delay. I have to let go of sliding the switch at just the right split-second, which I can seldom get on the first try.


Shouldn't the sunroof stop when it is fully closed, requiring me to press the switch (not slide it) to open the "Rear Pop-Up Feature"?

Based on your description of how it should work (and that of the owner's manual), I believe mine is not working how it should and was wondering if anyone has experienced this problem before, or had any suggestions.
