Yep. It has always been that way with me. Just changed from Xfinity (sorry that I have to use that word) to Pavlov and at the same time Google stopped answering questions. Rest of the internet seems to work OK - mail pulls up and the forums pull up. But no answer from Google - no matter what I ask. Cannot see how that could be the fault of Pavlov.

Will call them anyway.
