Someone broke my window, is it hard to fix? (pics)

Hi,
Sometime last night in a relatively nice part of Park Slope, Brooklyn, someone broke the rear quarter window on my 300D and stole my stereo. Bastard. I'm pretty pi$$ed but I'm glad that the thief did minimal damage. There are no scratches on the paint, no tears on the seats, no stains, no damage to the console wood, and it looks like they cut the wires (instead of just pulling until they gave). They even locked the doors when they were finished. My question now is, how much will it cost (how long will it take my mechanic), or how hard is it to replace the glass myself? I found used glass and a new seal for $28 dollars (no tax, no shipping). It was a relatively new stereo that played MP3's. I'm mad.

Alex
