You have my sympathy. Some of these things can quickly look like the proverbial money pit. I'd have to see it - that seems like a steep price, but I'm sure there's a lot going on.
I'm worried that my client is regretting her investment. I've already gone on too long, but there are a lot of issues. The one good news is the lot is relatively narrow, but it's really long, deep rather.
In part because of the paved alley it's zoned for ADU and there is room for one. She's thinking in five or six years they'll build that ADU and have a pretty valuable property when all is said and done.
