I agree the older Mercedes were much simpler to work on and easier to keep running. Your Hyundai experience is interesting too. Even with something simple like a windshield replacement finding a shop familiar with older cars such as Charlotte Auto Glass can make things easier. Did you find the Hyundai easier to maintain than your 124?
