If you move to Fl., the fan will come on anyway...[as long as you have a properly charged system], due to Fl ambients...

What you may want to do with the Fl climate , is to jumper the dropping resistor.. that will give you high aux fan for a/c vs. low
[ stock set-up]..
The advantage is more air when needed , but the system will still
control the high side pressure with the switch for cooler days
[ no fan when not needed]...
