i agree with azhari and would check fuse numbers 9 and 14.

the fuse can look normal on superficial examination but a detailed inspection will highlight poor contact due to corrosion or a blown fuse-swap these two fuses with ones of similar amps and see if it cures your problems.

on some cars there are a few spare fuses in the fuse box itself.

so have a good look good around.
