To clarify, when a valve makes contact with a piston, it's usually instantly detrimental hence the comment 'patay' or dead. In your case, diminished clearance between the camshaft and rocker arm is survivable for the valve if corrected quickly.

PEH brings up a good point. Dirty injectors usually cause a knocking sound. If your engine isn't making any undue sounds, I'd look into checking, cleaning and adjusting other things before removing the injectors. Injectors have no direct relationship with boost.

Do an archive search on cleaning the ALDA boost line, checking throttle linkage adjustment inlcuding checking that WOT at the pedal is WOT at the IP, and if you're adventurous, adjusting the ALDA for more power. Mind you power comes at the expense of fuel economy unless your car is way out of tune. Out of 3 Diesels, I've adjusted the ALDA in 2 to reduce smoke, not to squeeze out more power. A 300TDt will do 160kph which is all the speed you need in the Philippines. Quickness is another matter.
