More likely engine vibration that resonates at particular engine speeds. You don't, I believe, have an engine shock (although I think you can retrofit one). If you have a weak cylinder from needing a valve adjust, or a bad nozzle, etc, it can buzz at certain speeds. Get the idle as close to perfect as you can, and it'll get less, but you may never be able to completely eliminate it.

All diesels have more vibration than gassers, the fours especially.
