I agree there is far too much violence on TV. I wonder how far society will have to decline before someone finally realizes that it is having such a huge negative impact, and do something about it. Have you ever seen the movie, "Bowling for Columbine"?

The problem with loosening censorship is that you no longer have any control over who is watching. I heard a news story awhile back about how they had loosened up the censorship in France, and were allowing soft porn on regular cable. There was a marked increase in the number of rapes by teenage boys. I think they already have such overloaded hormones, the extra stimulus sends them over the top. And porn probably sends the message all women 'want it'. I realize you are talking about nudity, not porn, but the usual reason people get naked in movies is for sex, and who knows at what point this shift in the mentality of the teenage viewer happens. Or were you thinking of everyone being naked regardless of whether or not it fit the plot? All naked courtroom dramas?? Ally McBeal except everyone is naked? And I assume you are all for co-ed nudity? You don't mind watching a few weenies waggle too, right?

I almost never watch TV, but they were telling me at work about a show that comes on regular cable, fairly early, called "Kink". It sounded pretty bizarre. Reaffirmed my belief I'm not missing anything of worth by not watching TV.

I guess I sound like a prude, I'm not, well, maybe... anyway, I just feel that if you want nudity you can rent a movie.
