I repaired mine just a few weeks ago after reading the posts on this site. After looking at the assembly more closely, I noticed that it is so flimsy being held by plastic. After I put it all together, I reinforced the white plastic housing for the gearing with stainless steel wire by tying it to the metal bar in the seatback that holds the whole assembly. I wish I'd taken pictures before I put it all together but I was so excited I got it working that I forgot.
