Well its getting a little chilly in So Cal.. ( yea i know its not compared to the east) but my heater in my SD is not running..

for example when the defrost button is pressed.. the blower works.. i feel cold air running in.. but thats about it .. cold air..

sometimes.. when im @ a stoplight and i try it i get a little warm air for a couple of seconds.. but then the rest is cold..

in addtion when the regular buttons are depressed sometimes the air continues to come in via the defrost vents?.. any ideas on what the problem could be?? are both problems connected in some way?
