I would recommend 2 things. First, read, read, read. There are TONS of posts on this newsgroup that will give you ideas. I mean TONS..
Second, fix everything in your car that needs fixing before you worry about the additions. fix up those chips in your paint with touch-up and check out

Post some pictures of your new beast. I'd love to see it.
Also, if they make it for your vehicle, and if your stated does not require a front plate, get a filler panel for the license plate area. Looks much better than having ANYTHING hanging on that front bumper.
