I finished college ten years ago. Judge Renquist was the presenter at my graduation.
His message pretty much mirrored the moral of this story: Don't work so hard in life that you forget to spend time with your loved ones and yourself. Let some things slide a little because the time lost with those you love can never be gotten back. What are a few extra dollars worth against that??
I wonder how many people remember what was said by the presenter at their graduation. I didn't think I'd remember Judge Renquist's remarks, but they actually stuck...
