My dad's friend went into a dealership and they didn't want to give him a brochure. He called a dealership in CA since he was going to be there on business and thought it'd be easier to test drive out there. He talked to some German saleslady who sent him a mountain of info. When he got to CA, he bought the car from her simply because she had been so kind when he was 3000 miles away and she knew he probably wouldn't buy from her.

He bent over backwards to buy from her and had to fight for the right because HQs said they didn't approve of customers buying outside of their region
