We bought our BMW from Beverly Hills BMW and they shipped to IN with the paper works and we registrated the car here. They did that all the time, we were told. I have never had a bad experience with the sales people at the dealers. I don't dress well but it was in CA anyway, they have more competition there. So, services are usually better. Here in IN, I still get decent services at the sales mainly they're never busy and they probably saw me driving my coupe in for services. While I was waiting, I always went to the showroom to look at others. Everytime, someone would come up and asked if I could be helped.
