I got this 240D 2 yrs. ago. It's no 600SL, but I'm VERY impressed with its QUALITY/MATERIALS/ECONOMY. I find it very hard to get emotionally excited, not only about this car, but ANY M-B short of SSKs, 300SLRs, etc., because they're so stinkin' CONSERVATIVE! In the emotional sense they are just expensive Toyotas to me. That'll be 2 cents.
