thank you all for your replies....I love all of the stories, I'm not sure what other "ordinary" people think of our obsession but, I could care less!!! I look at dirtbags driving around in ****boxes and laugh!!! It's only been 5 days now that I've owned my 190E and have already got 5 compliments on the shape and model of my car!!! at least one person a day tells me "nice car" or "looks nice, what year is it?" At a gas station recently I was in line to pay for gas and a few kids infront of me my age where talking about my car and complimented me on it and I started talking with them about various of makes. I found it funny that the gino of the group said he would get a BMW if he was buying a car. Have you ever noticed people who enjoy bmw's are usually lower class meat heads who know nothing about cars in the first place? I'm in favour of form following function. Let the posers and gino's drive bmw's. I laugh everytime.
