I hope you are enjoying your CLK. I have had mine for about a year and a half now.
I fell in love at first site with the shape of the car. I get many compliments on it. Mine is silver/charcoal.
I hope you have better luck with the reliability of the car than I did. I have had so many things go wrong I won't bore anyone with the list.
I kind of breaks my heart in way. It is like finding out your beautiful new girlfriend who is a model, is rich, smart and funny has the clap (or some other form of VD). You don't want anyone else to know, and you really like her, but she has some "problems", and there doesn't seem to be a cure. What do you do then ?
I still really love to drive the car, and can't help but give a backward look after I park it, but lately the car I see parked in my garage is the service loaner from the dealer. My latest service episode has had my car in the shop for THREE weeks.
Don't mean to bring anyone spirits down, I'm just a little on edge about the whole MB service / reliability subject.
