I am not making any sense from your numbers, are you in Salt Lake county? The web site indicates your vehicle should have gotten an IM 240 test which includes a reading for NOx.

The MAX is understandable, but to help determine what may be the cause of the emissions failure I need to know are these readings from a 2 speed idle test?

is the MEAS the measured emissions from your vehicle?

The numbers submitted, you stated ' these are the passing grade for my car" does that mean, the numbers are what your vehicle actually tested? or are these what your vehicle MUST meet to pass?
