While you are looking for the parts and fixing the leaks... you can try several things.. one is treat it like your refrigerator... use baking soda ( not powder , LOL )..... open up a box and place it in there at nights... seal up and place in refrigerator in the daytime....also , pest control companies often have the stuff to deodorize areas.. but you can probably get the same stuff at places like " Self Chem".... and of course a regular spray of Lysol into the intake of the climate control when the ac is on and then with the heater on always helps... also take out the offending items and expose them to sunlight as often as you can....
