I really doubt this would work. Remove the seatback and you'll see. The rails that the headrest slides into are in the way, and there isn't enough depth for an MDF enclosure, unless you want the seatback to stick out half a foot! Additionally, the seatback is "friction clipped" into the channels on the side of the seat and I don't think that can handle the vibration from the subwoofer.
